El proceso de aprendizaje se ve influenciado por diversos momentos, circunstancias, factores que provocan un desequilibrio emocional y físico dentro del ámbito familiar, académico, laboral. El estrés es considerado el mayor problema de este siglo que puede sufrir o llegar a sufrir la persona y el estudiante universitario es una prueba fidedigna de ello sometido a factores que condicionan a este estado, habiendo sido observado en los estados emocionales como: desgano, ansiedad, inseguridad; tristeza y expresiones alarmantes como: ”me es imposible terminar estas tareas para mañana”, “hoy, también tendré que amanecerme estudiando”, “ ya no puedo mas, necesito relajarme”, “la recarga académica me esta matando”, siendo estas manifestaciones producto del estrés se genera mayor dificultad en la concentración y memoria, deterioro de la capacidad del juicio y razonamiento, y ello interviene negativamente en el aprendizaje optimo del estudiante de enfermería , por ende en su rendimiento académico, se creyó conveniente estudiar : “Relación que existe entre factores estresantes y rendimiento académico del estudiante de enfermería de la U.N.M.S.M”, teniendo como objetivo general: Determinar la relación que existe entre factores estresantes y rendimiento académico del estudiante de enfermería de la U.N.M.S.M y objetivos específicos: Identificar factores estresantes en estudiantes de enfermería, identificar el rendimiento académico que caracteriza al estudiante de Enfermería , correlacionar el rendimiento académico con los factores estresantes en el estudiante de enfermería de la U.N.M.S.M Se aplicó el método descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal en una población de 59 estudiantes de enfermería del 2do. y 3er. año de estudios, teniendo en cuenta como criterios inclusión: estudiantes matriculados en el año académico 2005 y que cursen asignaturas profesionales. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron el cuestionario, tuvo el objetivo de identificar los factores estresantes en el rendimiento académico del estudiante de Enfermería y el formato de escala de calificación tuvo el objetivo de recolectar información sobre el rendimiento académico del estudiante de Enfermería La prueba estadística utilizada fue: media o promedio aritmético, análisis de varianza, el chi cuadrado y el coeficiente alfa de Crombach. Entre las conclusiones a las que se llego tenemos: los estudiantes de enfermería presentan factores estresantes: biológicos, psicológicos y socioculturales medianamente significativos y que estos se relacionan con el rendimiento académico. / This process of learning is influenced by diverse moments, circumstances, factors that causes an emotional and physical imbalance within the familiar scope, academic, labour. Stress is considered the greater problem of this century that can suffer or to get to undergo the person and the university student is a trustworthy test of it put under factors that condition to this state, having observed in the emotional states like: lack of appetite, anxiety, insecurity; alarming sadness and expressions like: is impossible to finish these tasks for morning ", "today, also will have dawn to me studying", "no longer can but, needs to relax", "the academic charge this killing to me", being these manifestations product of stress is generated greater difficulty in the concentration and memory, deterioration of the capacity of the judgment and reasoning, and it takes part negatively in the optimal learning of the infirmary student, therefore in his academic yield, it was believed advisable to study: "Relation that exists between estresantes factors and academic yield of the student of infirmary of the U.N.M.S.M", having like general mission: To determine the relation that exists between estresantes factors and academic yield of the student of infirmary of the U.N.M.S.M and specific objectives: To identify estresantes factors in infirmary students, to identify the level of academic yield that the student of Infirmary characterizes, to correlate the academic yield with the estresantes factors in the student of infirmary of the U.N.M.S.M Was applied to the corelational descriptive method of cross section in a population of 59 students of infirmary of 2do. and 3ér year of studies, considering like criteria inclusion. Students registered in academic year 2005 and who attend professional subjets. The used instruments were the questionnaire, had the objective to identify the estresantes factors in the academic yield of the infirmary student and the format of qualification scale had the objective to collect information on the academic yield of the student of Infirmary The used statistical test was: average or arithmetic average, analysis of variance, chi square and the coefficient alpha of Crombach. Between the conclusions at which I arrive myself we have: the infirmary students present/display estresantes factors: biological, psychological and sociocultural moderately significant and that these are related to the academic yield.
