This essay discusses the subject of people who experience a positive approach towards their bodies. It uses a phenomenological approach through qualitative interview with five people that were asked about how they experience comfort around their bodies. The aim was to understand the experience of having a positive approach to the body, with regards to feelings and situations. The result showed that acceptance, respect, actions made with consideration as well as healthy habits of thinking was carried out as the main aspects of having a positive approach to their bodies. This brought feelings of joy, gratitude, comfort, ease and the like. This is a growing field of knowledge, and this essay hope to contribute to a greater conversation concerning well-being and health.
