This diploma thesis is targeting on creating business plan for jazz club and meeting point in city Brno. The thesis is divided in three parts, which are theoretical ground of work, analysis and solution part. Goal of theoretical ground is to learn basic theoretical knowledges needed for creating business plan. The author is rating conditions on targeted market in analytic part and in the solution part the author creates the business plat itself with all the necessities.
