This diploma thesis deals with establishing a new sales portfolio named ZaseRýže Clothing from ZaseRýže company. The theoretical part of the thesis includes definition of terms from the field of strategic analysis and project management. The analysis of the current situation of the surroundings and inside the company was carried out in the analytical section. In the design part is elaborated a plan for project realization using project management methodology.
