The diploma thesis deals with the topic of foster families quality support.The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe how foster parents perceive the support of the accompanying organization and whether the preparation they have gone through in the beginnings prepared them to take the child into care.The research was based on using the technique of semi-structured interviews.
