Previous issue date: 2018-04-25 / O estágio de pós-graduação destaca-se como etapa fundamental na formação
profissional dos alunos de nível superior, matriculados em cursos de
especialização, mestrado, doutorado ou pós-doutorado. O estudo teve como
escopo investigar o processo institucional do estágio de pós-graduação no
Ministério Público do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte (MPRN), denominado “MP
Residência” e a sua inter-relação da teoria com a prática. Buscou-se, assim,
entender o funcionamento deste importante processo institucional que envolve
pesquisa, extensão, cooperação e ênfase na integração profissional do educando,
de acordo com a Lei Complementar nº 462, de 02 de janeiro de 2012. O
diagnóstico compreendeu etapas quantitativa e qualitativa, sendo desenvolvido
em duas fases. Inicialmente, uma pesquisa documental nos relatórios gerenciais
disponíveis no Setor de Estágios do MPRN, no período de abril/2015 a
março/2017, visando o conhecimento e a caracterização dos estudantes de pósgraduação
no MPRN. Na segunda fase, foram realizadas análises dos relatórios
de acompanhamento de estágio, com ênfase na avaliação de desempenho por
parte do supervisor e dos estudantes de pós-graduação. No tratamento dos dados
foi utilizado o software editor de planilha Microsoft Office Excel, com discussão e
interpretação dos dados. Os resultados da caracterização dos 68 estudantes de
pós-graduação evidenciam que prevalece o gênero feminino, com faixa etária
entre 26 a 30 anos, atuantes na área jurídica, com tempo de estágio de até 24
meses. Em relação aos critérios de avaliação do Supervisor, prevaleceu a
conduta ética dos estudantes, e entre os critérios de avaliação dos estagiários, o
conhecimento prático para sua formação profissional. Conclui-se, então, que o
estágio de pós-graduação no MPRN cumpre com as recomendações da
legislação, contribuindo através da sua função social, no aprendizado do
estagiário para a vida cidadã e para o trabalho. / The postgraduate stage stands out as a fundamental stage in the professional
training of students of higher education, enrolled in specialization courses,
masters, doctorates or postdoctoral studies. The purpose of this study was to
investigate the institutional process of the postgraduate stage in the Ministério
Público do Rio Grande do Norte [Public Prosecutors of the State of Rio Grande do
Norte] (MPRN), called "MP Residência" and its interrelationship between theory
and practice. This study tried to understand the functioning of this important
institutional process that involves research, extension, cooperation and emphasis
on the professional integration of the student, according to Complementary Law
No. 462, of January 2, 2012. The diagnosis comprised quantitative and qualitative
steps, being developed in two phases. Initially, a documentary research in the
management reports available in the MPRN Internship Sector, from April / 2015 to
March / 2017, aimed at the knowledge and characterization of postgraduate
students in MPRN. In the second phase, analyzes of the traineeship monitoring
reports were carried out, with emphasis on the performance evaluation by the
supervisor and postgraduate students. In the data processing, the Microsoft Excel
spreadsheet editor software was used, with discussion and interpretation of the
data. The results of the characterization of the 68 postgraduate students show that
women predominate, with ages varying from 26 to 30 years, working in the legal
area, with a probationary period of up to 24 months. Regarding the Supervisor's
evaluation criteria, the students' ethical conduct prevailed, and among the
evaluation criteria of the trainees, the practical knowledge for their professional
training prevailed. So, it is concluded that the that the postgraduate stage in the
MPRN complies with the recommendations of the legislation, contributing through
its social function, in the trainee's learning for the citizen life and for the work.
