An exploratory study of the use of a psychometric battery as a method of selection of graduate students of social work

"Being a member of an embryonic graduate school of social work, the author became well acquainted with the difficulties of selection of students of Florida State University. As a result of the relatively undefined method of selection, the author became aware of the factors which caused students to withdraw from school.
