Defesa: Curitiba, 03/08/2017 / Inclui referências : f. 274-298 / Resumo: Este estudo, ancorado nas cartilhas da Constituinte, dedica-se a investigação da passagem entre a ditadura de 1964 e a (re)democratização brasileira definida como Momento Constituinte (1985-1988). Interessa-nos a cultura política do período, particularmente a sua dinâmica e a coexistência de lógicas de sujeição e de democratização de caráter participativo. Para tanto, a interlocução com autores como Ansart, Castoriadis e Ricouer e a aproximação com a história cultural da política foram ferramentas utilizadas para investigar cerca de quarenta cartilhas elaboradas pelo Movimento participação Popular na Constituinte (MPPC). Esse grupo bastante heterogêneo congregava desde liberais (incluindo partidos políticos, advogados, etc) ate segmentos da nova esquerda (movimentos sociais), passando por sindicatos, igrejas e entidades criadas especificamente para debater a Assembleia Nacional Constituinte (ANC). Procuramos distinguir no interior dessa documentação produzida por diferentes grupos não apenas os significados, mas sobretudo as estratégias para alcançar uma ampliação da participação popular no processo constituinte. Nesse sentido, buscamos identificar nas cartilhas os distintos imaginários e as utopias presentes nos discursos, observando as variadas pedagogias, particularmente dos sentimentos acionados e da gestão dos afetos políticos. A partir de tais instrumentos, procuramos estabelecer tanto a dinâmica das pautas no Momento Constituinte, quanto a aproximação e o afastamento das diferentes concepções de democracia presentes nos discursos dos atores envolvidos neste jogo político. Palavras-chave: Cartilhas da Constituinte; Momento Constituinte; Imaginário; Utopia; Sentimentos; Transição. / Abstract: This thesis is dedicated to the investigation of the passage between the dictatorship of 1964 and the Brazilian re-democratization. That passage is defined as Constituent Moment (1985-1988). The fundamental historical sources used in the analysis are the "Booklets of the Constituent Assembly". The focus is set on the political culture of the period, particularly in the study of the dynamic and also of the coexistence of logics of subjection and of participatory democratization. To achieve this goal, it was necessary to dialogue with authors like Ansart, Castoriadis and Ricouer, as well as, it was important to approach the cultural history of politics. Through these tools, about 40 of booklets prepared by Movimento Pro-participação Popular na Constituinte (MPPC) were investigated. This very heterogeneous group united from liberals (such as political parties, lawyers, among others), up to segments of the new left (social movements). This list included trade unions, churches and entities created specifically to discuss the National Constituent Assembly (NCA). Within the documentation produced by different groups, we seek to distinguish not only the meanings but also, and above all, the strategies to achieve an expansion of popular participation in the constitutional process. Accordingly, in the booklets, we seek to identify the different imaginaries and the utopias in the speeches, observing the various pedagogies, particularly the feelings triggered and the management of political affections. From such instruments, we seek to establish both the dynamics of the Constituent Moment, as the approximation and the remoteness of different conceptions of democracy present in the speeches of the actors involved in this political game.
