Thesis is devoted for stategic management problems in Amber Hotel Vavřinec. At present time, hotel has no cohereneted strategy and because of this reason, I decided to make it in my thesis. The objective of the work is to show fundamental knowledge of strategic management problems in hotel business and following on analysis propose strategy for Amber Hotel Vavřinec.
