The subject of my diploma thesis is characterization of tourism market as important component of the economy in the Czech Republic. The thesis mainly deals with analysis, description and prediction of future development in real estate market of luxury hotels in Prague. Main part of the thesis is detail analysis prepared by selected statistical indicators. Last chapter includes localization of luxury hotels in Prague, international comparison with other countries in Central Europe and impact of world economic crisis on the real estate market of luxury hotels.
