El caso versa sobre la improcedencia de la solicitud de huelga nacional indefinida
presentada por la Confederación General de Trabajadores del Perú en contra del
Secretario General de la organización sindical por parte del gobierno de Dina Boluarte
y de medios de comunicación. En ese sentido, el objetivo del presente informe jurídico
reside en determinar la conformidad de las huelgas políticas de acuerdo al ordenamiento
normativo peruano. / The case deals with the inadmissibility of the request for an indefinite national strike
presented by the General Confederation of Workers of Peru against the General
Secretary of the union organization by the government of Dina Boluarte and the media.
In this sense, the objective of this legal report is to determine the conformity of political
strikes according to the Peruvian legal system.
