Jakost v rámci obchodního útvaru firmy / Quality in the Sales Department of the Company

The thesis is focused on improving quality control in the sales department of the company. First describes established processes and quality systems based on ISO 9001. The next part deals with proposals for improving the operation of established processes change some of them and the introduction of completely new processes.
