The purposeof my thesis is to analyzeaspectsconnectedwith liberalisationof legal restrictionsbasedon domesticlegal regulationsconcerningacquisitionof domesticreal estateby foreignexchangenon-residents.The reasonfor my researchis that nobodyever hasanalyzedthistopic alsofrom historicalperspective. The thesisis composedof four chapters,eachof them dealingwith different aspectsof acquisitionof domesticreal estateby foreign exchangenon-residentsand relatedissues.
