Previous issue date: 2001 / Resumo: A proposta deste trabalho foi avaliar o desadaptação marginal de infra-estruturas de próteses fixas implanto-suportadas fundidas em monobloco e submetidas à soldagem laser, antes e após a eletroerosão através da análise do assentaIÍlento passivo. Vinte infta-estruturas foram confeccionadas a partir de um modelo mestre metálico com cinco implantes fixados na região inter-forâmes paralelos entre si, e fundidas em titânio comercialmente puro - Ti c. p. (Rematitan - Dentaurum - Pforzhein - Alemanha). As amostras foram divididas em dois grupos: G 1- 10 estruturas fundidas em MONOBLOCO e G2- 10 estruturas previamente seccionadas em 04 pontos, fundidas e submetidas à SOLDAGEM LASER (Desktop Laser - Dentaurum - pforzbein - Alemanha). O assentamento passivo abutment tipo UCLA/infta-estrutura metálica foi avaliado antes e após a eletroerosão (Electrical Discharge Machining- Tel-Med Technologies - Port Huron - EUA) dando-se um torque de 10N no parafuso de titânio do implante da extremidade aferindo-se as discrepâncias marginais no implante mais central (IC) e no distal (ID), utilizando o microscópio ótico Olympus STM ( Japão) com precisão de 0,0005 mm. Os resultados Gl (IC 170J.UI1 e ID 472J.UI1); Gl+EDM (IC 56J.UI1 e ID 154J.UI1); G2 (IC 65f.1m e ID 155J.1ffi); G2+EDM (IC 28J.1ffi e ID 59J.UI1), foram submetidos ao teste t-Student (análises inter-grupos) e teste t-Student pareado (análises intra-grupos), evidenciando diferenças entre G 1 e G 1 +EDM 0,0001), G2 e G2+EDM, G 1 e G2 , G 1 e G2+EDM, G 1 +EDM e G2+EDM, não sendo encontrada diferença entre Gl+EDM e G2. PRÓTESE SOBRE IMPLANTE - ASSENTAMENTO PASSIVO - SOLDA LASER - ELETROEROSÃO / Abstract: The aim of this work was to evaluate the passive fit of fixed implant-supported prosthesis titanium ftameworks cast in one-piece and laser welded, before and after the spark erosion procedure. Twenty specimen were fabricated ITom a master model with five implants placed parallel in the inter foramen region, and cast in commercially pure titanium Ti c.p (Rematitan - Dentaurum - Pforzhein - Germany). The specimens were divided into two groups: G 1 - 10 specimen cast in one-piece and G2 - 10 specimen sectioned previously in four pieces, cast and laser welded {Desktop Laser - Dentaurum ¿ Pforzhein Germany).The passive fit between the UCLA abutment ftamework and the implant were evaluated before and afier the spark erosion procedure (Electrical Discharge Machining - Tel-Med Technologies - Port Huron - USA), tightening lON in the titanium screw of the, extremity implant, measuring the gaps at the central and distal implants, using a optical microscope Olympus STM (Japan) with O.OOO5mm accuracy. The results G 1 (CI 170_m e DI 472_); Gl+EDM (CI 56_ e DI 154_); G2 (CI 65_ e DI 155_); G2+EDM (CI Gl+EDM e G2+EDM, however. no statistical difference were noted in Gl+EDM e G2. 28_m e DI 59_), were submitted to statistical analyses by means oft-Student and paired t-Student test, showing differences among G 1 e G 1 +EDM, G 1 e G2, G 1 e G2+EDM, FIXED IMPLANT-SUPPORTED PROSTHESIS - LASER WELDING - SP ARK EROSION - P ASSIVE FIT / Mestrado / Mestre em Clínica Odontológica
