La presente tesis tiene como objetivo principal mostrar la importancia de la gestión de residuos sólidos como procedimiento de una gestión ambiental eficiente, que aporta al desarrollo sostenible y reduce el impacto en el medioambiente de la ciudad de Lima Metropolitana, en el Perú.
Se eligió el sector transporte urbano por su alto índice de informalidad y gran impacto en la ciudad.
En el Capítulo 1 se detalla el tema de la investigación, el problema, las interrogantes, hipótesis, objetivos y la problemática; en el Capítulo 2, se aborda el marco teórico y una visión general y particular de la temática ambiental y su relación con el transporte en Lima Metropolitana, la normativa existente y la gestión de residuos.
En el Capítulo 3 se expone las consideraciones metodológicas de la presente investigación, en la que las entrevistas a expertos valida lo indicado en el capítulo anterior; en el Capítulo 4, se procede al análisis de los datos recolectados en la investigación, exponer los hallazgos derivados del estudio, las barreras y brechas de la investigación; para, finalmente, en el Capítulo 5, exponer los hallazgos, las conclusiones y recomendaciones / The main objective of this thesis is to show the importance of solid waste management as a procedure of efficient environmental management system that contributes to sustainable development and reduces the impact in the environment of Lima city.
The urban transport sector was chosen because of its high index of informality and great impact on the city.
Chapter 1 details the topic of the investigation, the problem, the questions, hypotheses, objectives and the problem; In Chapter 2, the theoretical framework and a general and particular vision of the environmental issue and its relationship with transportation in Metropolitan Lima, the existing regulations and waste management are addressed.
In Chapter 3 the methodological considerations of the present investigation are exposed, where the interviews with experts validate what was indicated in the previous chapter;
in Chapter 4, we proceed to the analysis of the data collected in the investigation, to expose the findings derived from the study, the barriers and gaps of the investigation; finally, in Chapter 5, expose the findings, the conclusions and recommendations. / Tesis
