Návrh změn dílčí části informačního systému používaného personální agenturou / Proposal for Changes of Particular Area of IS Applied in a Personell Agency

The thesis deals with analysis of current fettle and efficiency of information system used in a concrete personnel agency. In a review of literature there are presented an important information about personnel agencies, human resource management and efficiency of information systems. In the empirical part the received data from information system are analyzed by a method of content analysis. Based on findings of the analysis the proposals of more effective using of information system and human resource management are formulated.
