El presente proyecto se basa en la necesidad de buscar las nuevas tendencias que existen en materia de diseño para ser plasmado en el WebSite de la Dirección Académica de Ingeniería de Sistemas de Información, Ingeniería de Software y Ciencias de la Computación. Para ello, mencionamos que la necesidad de la creación del mencionado WebSite es atender tres brechas que actualmente faltan cubrir, como lo son: la centralización de la información de proyectos profesionales que realizan los alumnos, la difusión de los proyectos profesionales hacia la comunidad y el establecimiento de un proceso formal para la recopilación de información.
De esta manera, se tomarán lineamientos en base a un benchmarking que se realizará utilizando modelos de las diferentes universidades líderes en el mundo para poder estar a la vanguardia de las tecnologías ya existentes.
Durante la investigación de las nuevas tecnologías y el desarrollo del WebSite se presentarán los siguientes entregables: un plan de trabajo, una memoria de proyecto, la cual contiene la recopilación y análisis del tema, y una documentación de las funcionalidades, propósitos y tecnologías usadas en la implementación del WebSite.
Además, se tendrán en consideración los riesgos que han sido detectados, sus respectivas mitigaciones, y las suposiciones y restricciones asumidas para el proyecto, todo esto detallado en el presente documento.
Finalmente, debemos resaltar la importancia de la creación de este WebSite, dado que no solo establecerá mecanismos de trabajo interno, sino que, además, mostrará a la comunidad todo el potencial de trabajo, investigación e implementación de los proyectos profesionales de los alumnos. / The following project is based on the needs for searching new trends in design in order to be captured in the Information Systems, Software and Computing Sciences Engineering Academic Direction’s website. For this, the creation of the previously mentioned website is necessary in order to close three gaps that are currently present, which are; the centralization of the information of professional projects developed by students, the broadcasting of the professional projects to the community and the creation of a formal process in order to gather information.
In that way, different guidelines will be based on a benchmarking that will be carried out using models from the leading universities in the world to be at the forefront of existing technologies.
Along the course of the investigation for new technologies and the website development, the following deliverables will be presented: a work plan, a project report containing data compilation and analysis, and finally, a report containing the functionalities, purposes and the technology used for the website implementation.
Furthermore, the risks that have been detected, their respective mitigations, and the assumptions and restrictions assumed for the project will be taken into account, all of which is detailed in the document.
Finally, we must highlight the importance of creating this website, since it will not only establish internal work mechanisms, but also show the community the full potential of work, research and implementation of the students' professional projects.
