Posteriore Schulterinstabilität in Abhängigkeit der Ätiologie und der Operationsverfahren. Insgesamt wurden 28 Schultern bei Patientin mit posttraumatisch/atraumatisch rezidivierender, akut traumatischer und verhakter posterioren Schulterluxation klinisch und radiologisch nachuntersucht. Bei den Patientn, die wegen unterschiedlichen Indikationen operiert wurden, wurden 5 veschiedene Operationsverfahren angewandt. Die Beurteilung der Schulterfunktion erfolte nach dem Constant Score, dem Rowe Score und dem Simple Shoulder Test nach Matsen. / Posterior instability of the shoulder in case of etiology and treatments. The study includes 28 patients with posttraumatic/atraumatic repeated, acute traumatic and fixed luxation of the shoulder. They were treated with 5 different methods. The results has been compared with the Constant Score, Rowe Score and the simple shoulder test of Matsen.
