Sokolová, M., Identification of the key factors influencing quality of service in tourism. In Brno, 2015. This thesis deals with identification of the key factors that influence quality of service in tourism. These factors are defined by using data from primary research specifically in the area of catering, accommodation and transport. Satisfaction is investigated in the transport sector of the Czech republic by usage of factors which are mentioned above. The outcome of this thesis is a recommendation for service providers, in order to improve quality of service.
