Previous issue date: 2013 / Com a inserção do público no processo de produção da notícia por meio do jornalismo participativo a dinâmica produtiva bem como a rotina profissional ganham novos rumos. O telespectador participa ao desempenhar, inclusive, a função de "repórter". Os jornalistas, por sua vez, verificam as informações recebidas, transformando-as ou não em notícia. A iniciativa divide opiniões: alguns pesquisadores e profissionais consideram uma "inovação" no modo de produzir informação nos telejornais; outros acreditam que seria a "precarização da mídia" no que diz respeito ao uso desse tipo de mão-de-obra e à qualidade do material produzido. Nesse sentido, surge a seguinte questão-problema que norteia este estudo: de que maneira a participação do telespectador pode alterar a produção da reportagem, bem como a rotina profissional? Para discutir essa questão toma-se como objeto empírico o quadro Parceiro do RJ, do RJTV 1ª edição (TV Globo Rio de Janeiro), telejornal onde a iniciativa foi implementada inicialmente, sendo utilizada posteriormente em outras emissoras. No quadro, duplas de jovens de comunidades da região metropolitana do Rio participam da produção da notícia. O objetivo é analisar a forma como os participantes atuam, verificando diferenças em como os jornalistas produzem a reportagem para telejornal, observando-se também o papel do jornalista nesse contexto. O referencial teórico é composto por autores ligados aos estudos sobre televisão, telejornalismo, gêneros e formatos e jornalismo participativo a destacar Jost (2004), Duarte & Castro (2007), Gillmor (2004), entre outros. O objeto empírico é analisado por meio de vídeos com base no método "Modos de endereçamento" (GOMES, 2011). Ao material empírico somam-se entrevistas realizadas com os representantes do telejornal durante visita à emissora na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. <br> / Abstract : With the inclusion of the public in the process of news production through the participatory journalism, the dynamics of production and routine professional gain new directions. The viewer participates including the role of "reporter." Journalists, in turn, to verify the information received, to turning or not it into news. The initiative divides opinions: for some researchers and professionals it is considered an "innovation", whereas for others it would be the "precariousness of the media" in relation to the use of this type of manpower and the quality of material produced. Accordingly, the following arises problem question that guides this study: how the participation of the viewer can change the news production, as well as the professional routine? To discuss this issue is taken as empirical object the framework Partner of RJ, the RJTV 1st edition (TV Globo Rio de Janeiro) newscast where the initiative was implemented initially being used later on other stations. Double of youth of the communities in the metropolitan region of Rio participate in news production. The aim is to analyze how act the participants, checking differences in how journalists produce a report for television news, and the journalist's role in this context. The theoretical framework consists in authors involved with studies on television, TV news, genres and formats and participatory journalism, to highlight Jost (2004), Duarte & Castro (2007), Gillmor (2004), among others. The empirical object is analyzed by method "Addressing Modes" (Gomes, 2011). Add up in the empirical material some interviews conducted with representatives of television news during visit to the station in Rio de Janeiro city.
