Previous issue date: 2009 / The aim of this work is to analyze the Jewish progressivism trajectory in Porto Alegre city, considering the history of the Clube de Cultura (Culture Club), from the 1950’s to the 1970’s. From the discussion on the resolutions of the Jewish question, seeks to understand the manners of the elective affinities between Judaism and the libertarian utopias in Jewish progressivism and how it took place in the Jewish progressivism Clube de Cultura's case. / Esta dissertação tem como objetivo analisar a trajetória do progressismo judaico em Porto Alegre na história do Clube de Cultura, entre os anos de 1950 e 1970. Partindo da discussão sobre as formas de solução da questão judaica, visa compreender de que maneira ocorrem afinidades eletivas entre o judaísmo e as utopias libertárias no progressismo judaico e como este se especificou no Clube de Cultura.
