Si indaga la costruibilità della figura dello Stato federale a partire dalle teorie con cui alla fine del XIX secolo i principali teorici dello Stato e costituzionalisti tedeschi interpretarono la genesi del Reich. Le strutture genetiche fondamentali individuate servono quindi a valutare il senso delle modificazioni del concetto di sovranità all'interno dello Stato federale e il rapporto tra sovranità e supremazia competenziale che di volta in volta si delinea. / It is examinated the possibility of constructing the figure of the Federal state beginning from the theories with which the most important German political theorists and constitutionalists explained the genesis of the Reich. The fundamental genetic structures serve to estimate the sense of the modifications of the concept of Sovereignty within the federal state and relation between Sovereignty and competencial supremacy.
