La siguiente investigación tuvo como propósito fundamental describir y analizar
aspectos fundamentales de las formas de acoger los hechos violentos en la
familia, por parte de los operadores que brindan justicia en la provincia de
Huancavelica, en cumplimiento de su función pública, como profesionales de la
materia en el proceso de ocuparse y evitar hechos violetos dentro del núcleo
familiar. Es uno de los estudios de tipo cualitativo; se establece ideas de calidad
de atención de acuerdo a la gravedad de los casos y las condiciones de los
servicios en relación a la problemática de hechos de violencia en ámbitos
familiares. En este caso fue tomado en cuenta como población de estudio a 37
usuarias víctimas de violencia familiar, nueve operadores de justicia entre ellos,
dos Fiscales del Ministerio Público, cinco integrantes del Ministerio del Interior
(Policía Nacional del Perú), dos del Poder Judicial (Jueces), estos actores son en
su totalidad de la provincia de Huancavelica. La explicación y el estudio del
producto obtenido se realizaron en base a los indicadores de nuestra investigación
como las capacitaciones recibidas, el manejo del idioma de la zona y el
conocimiento de la Ley 30364. La investigación demuestra que la condición de
ayuda por parte de los policías y jueces, no cumple las condiciones necesarias en
el proceso de acoger los hechos violentos ocurridos dentro del núcleo familiar; por
lo que es necesario mejorar la atención y el servicio con profesionales
competentes para la zona y las condiciones de logística e infraestructura
adecuada. / The following investigation had the fundamental purpose of describing and
analyzing fundamental aspects of the ways of accepting violent acts in the family,
by the operators who provide justice in the province of Huancavelica, in compliance
with their public function, as professionals in the field. in the process of dealing with
and avoiding violent acts within the family nucleus. It is one of the qualitative type
studies; Quality of care ideas are established according to the severity of the cases
and the conditions of the services in relation to the problem of acts of violence in
family settings. In this case, 37 users who were victims of family violence, nine
justice operators including two Prosecutors from the Public Ministry, five members
of the Ministry of the Interior (National Police of Peru), two from the Judicial Power
were taken into account as the study population (Judges), these actors are entirely
from the province of Huancavelica. The explanation and study of the product
obtained were carried out based on the indicators of our research such as the
training received, the handling of the language of the area and the knowledge of
Law 30364. The research shows that the condition of help by the police and judges,
does not meet the necessary conditions in the process of accepting the violent
events that occurred within the family nucleus; reason why it is necessary to
improve the attention and the service with competent professionals for the area
and the conditions of logistics and adequate infrastructure. / Tesis
