This diploma thesis deals with the corporate culture of selected home care agencies in South Moravian Region. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the existing corporate cultures of selected home care agencies and to propose series of actions to improve the current situation. In the thesis, general characteristics of the corporate culture of home care agencies are determined using the obtained results and their comparison. Academic research deals with the concepts of home care and corporate culture, their components, creation, change and diagnostics. The thesis itself contains information about the selected agencies and evaluation of the results of the investigation, mainly questionnaires. Based on the survey results, an evaluation of corporate cultures is presented, followed by recommendation for improvement. Finally, the general specifics of corporate culture of home care agencies are summarized.
