The aim of this study is to discover and problematize the physical place dedicated to children in church buildings in the Lutheran Church of Sweden. I also investigate how children develop according to James W Fowlers theory Stages of faith, depending on how and where we let the children be in the church building. I have completed three interviews in three congregations in Stockholm to find out how they place the children and their thoughts about it. As it turns out, where to place the children in the church building is not easy since there are many aspects to consider. By making the church building available for people, especially children, in different stages of faith people are able to develop their faith in a good way
