Цель магистерской диссертации – изучить и обобщить теоретические, правовые и организационные представления о криптовалютах как средстве платежа и как средство инвестирования. Для реализации поставленной цели необходимо решить следующие задачи:
изучить теоретические основы платежных систем;
рассмотреть историю возникновения криптовалютной платежной системы;
проанализировать развитие технологии криптовалют;
изучить правовое регулирование криптовалютного бизнеса;
исследовать платежную систему на основе криптовалюты и ее элементы.
Объектом исследования являются платежные системы, основанные на криптовалютах. Предметом исследования являются теоретические, правовые и организационные основы функционирования механизма платежных систем, основанных на криптовалютах. В ходе исследования были использованы следующие методы: анализ литературы; анализ нормативно-правовой документации по теме работы, а также анализ документов; изучение и обобщение отечественной и зарубежной практики; обзор экономическо- финансовых ресурсов, статей; наблюдение; анализ результатов проводимых мероприятий; также сравнение статистических и аналитических материалов. Практическое значение магистерской диссертации обусловлено тем, что, несмотря на зарубежный опыт в области криптовалютных отношений, для нашей страны это все же новое направление, которое может помочь в решении многих задач. Диссертационное исследование состоит из введения, трех глав, которые включают 6 параграфов, заключения, где сформированы выводы и рекомендации по теме исследования, списка использованных источников и литературы. Работа иллюстрирована таблицами и рисунками. / The purpose of the master's thesis is to study and summarize the theoretical, legal and organizational understanding of cryptocurrency as a means of payment and as a means of investment. To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the following tasks:
- to study the theoretical foundations of payment systems;
- consider the history of the cryptocurrency payment system;
- analyze the development of cryptocurrency technology;
- to study the legal regulation of cryptocurrency business;
- explore the payment system on the basis of cryptocurrency and its elements.
The object of the study are payment systems based on cryptocurrencies. The subject of research is the theoretical, legal and organizational basis for the functioning of the mechanism of payment systems based on cryptocurrencies. During the study, the following methods were used: literature analysis; analysis of legal documentation on the topic of work, as well as analysis of documents; study and synthesis of domestic and foreign practice; review of economic and financial resources, articles; observation; analysis of the results of ongoing activities; also a comparison of statistical and analytical materials. The practical significance of the master's thesis is due to the fact that, despite foreign experience in the field of cryptocurrency relations, for our country this is still a new direction that can help in solving many problems. The dissertation research consists of an introduction, three chapters, which include 6 sections, a conclusion, where conclusions and recommendations on the research topic, a list of references and literature are formed. The work is illustrated with tables and figures.
