The aim of my thesis is to outline the problems of determining normal rent for the land. In the beginning of my work I have focused on defining the basic concepts that relate to your topic. I also focused on clarifying the concept of market value. In another part of his continuing work allude tenancy, the rights and obligations of the landlord and tenant.
