Lean management focus on customer and try to eliminate wastage. This approach try to achive processes more effective and continuous. The goal of the Master's Thesis is to analyse processes and activities of lean management, which are used in manufacturing Company ABC and to suggest solutions for improvement. Master's Thesis also studies processes of quality control, which are very important for company, engage in stamping metal components. There will be find some issue to improve by analysing one type of product.
