The diploma thesis deals with the problems of strategic management in the organizations of leisure activities education. It is based on present theoretical knowledge from this field and also its application in organizations. Besides general facts, it presents system of steps necessary for their application of effective management and development of non-profit organization with a view of long-term sustainability. The thesis brings detected results analysis from questionnaire survey about present condition of strategic management in focused organizations and also preview of its possible ways of further efficiency increase in the condition of these school facilities. It offers material to the organizations which want to find journey of change and inspiration for those who want to find further possibilities.
