This thesis contains in the first part logistics theory specialized on production. In the practical part, a real company and it's logistics system is described. As a result, company's strenghts and weaknesses are compared with company's aims and strategies. Mentioned weaknesses are described in the last part of this thesis, this part also includes suggested solutions.
