nÃo hà / O presente trabalho traz como objetivo principal contribuir com cenÃrio da educaÃÃo do paÃs, auxiliando na efetivaÃÃo das leis 10.639/03 e 11.798/08 no ensino bÃsico por meio de uma intervenÃÃo realizada em sala e aula. Para alcanÃar esse anseio, fiz um passeio pelas principais legislaÃÃes que temos a nÃvel nacional e no estado do CearÃ, buscando aproximar o campo da educaÃÃo musical e a utilizaÃÃo da cultura popular para esse fim. Tomei como base para o desenvolvimento da presente pesquisa alguns conceitos como a pretagogia de Petit (2015) que busca trazer o contato holÃstico do educando e a cultura africana, a aprendizagem musical compartilhada de Viana JÃnior e Matos (2015) que coloca o aluno como ser ativo no processo de ensino/aprendizagem, embora esteja em processo de definiÃÃo, se mostrou positiva para a intervenÃÃo planejada, e o multiculturalismo apresentado por GonÃalves e Silva (2013) como
uma ferramenta possÃvel para educaÃÃo. Como metodologia do trabalho utilizei a pesquisa-aÃÃo exibida por Thiollent (1994) como um caminho onde o pesquisador planeja, executa,
avalia e planeja e etc... Esta entendida por mim como um processo que deve ser inerente ao fazer docente e logo presente em uma pesquisa que lida com um ambiente cuja reflexÃo se faz necessÃria sobre a aÃÃo. A pesquisa se desenvolveu na Escola Estadual de Ensino Profissional
Paulo Petrola, na cidade de Fortaleza, CearÃ, intervindo na realidade das turmas que possuÃa a disciplina de Artes. Ã apresentado ao leitor as principais escolhas metodolÃgicas para a
realizaÃÃo da intervenÃÃo e como essas escolhas foram postas em prÃtica, concluindo assim o trabalho com a apresentaÃÃo e anÃlise dos principais resultados do contato dos alunos com a
mÃsica afro-brasileira e o desenrolar deste sobre a visÃo de um professor nÃo formado em mÃsica e consequentemente na realidade escolar. / This research has as main objective to contribute with the country's education nframework, helping the laws 10.639/03 and 11.798/08 come true in the basic school through an intervention in a class. To achieve this goal , I did a tour by the mean legislation that we have in a national level and in the state of CearÃ, trying to get closer the musical education and the use of popular culture to this goal. I take as a base to the development of this research some concepts as a pretagogia of Petit(2015) that try the holistic contact of students and the african culture, the shared
musical learning of Viana JÃnior and Matos (2015) that takes on the students as an
active in the teaching/learning process, although this concept is in process of definition, it showed positive to the planed intervention, and the, ulticulturalism
indicated by GonÃalves and Silva (2013) as a possible tool to education. As a work methodology I used an action research displayed by Thiollent (1994) as a way where
the researcher plans, peforms, ratings and plans and etc... This is understanding by me as a process that must be intrinsic to the teacher and consequently present in a
research that deal with a environment whose the reflection makes necessary about the action. The research happened in the State School of Professional Teaching
Paulo Petrola in Fortaleza city, CearÃ, working with classes that has Arts as a school subject. It explained to the reader the mean methodological choises to the
intervention and how this choises was implemented, finishin the work with the framework of the means results of the contact of studants and the afrobrailian music
and the unroll this contact about the of a teacher that is not graduated in music and consequently in the scholl reality.
