The purpose of this diploma thesis is proposal of marketing strategy for company. The first part is focused on presentation of theoretical knowledge from strategic business management, marketing and marketing strategy. The second part contains introduction of the company and analysis of current state. Diploma thesis also deals with retail market research in Poland, Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic and search for potential customers. Based on analysis the marketing strategy is suggested, leading to improvement of company position on the market and gain of new customers.
