The subject of the thesis is to analyse and evaluate the current motivation system of internal and external employees in the non-profit organization Rosice Leisure Center and then suggest measures to improve it. The thesis consists of theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part deals with the definition of concepts of non-profit organizations, motivation and their selected forms. The second part includes an analysis of the current situation and evaluation of research focused on the opinion of selected employees. Based on the results, the proposal part includes measures to improve the motivation system.
