The development of a revised handbook for the Andrew Jackson Senior High School Band

"The intent of this paper is to devise a foundation for the reorganization of the Andrew Jackson High School Band program toward a more effective administration, utilizing the democratic principles of education. A more complete and effective handbook will be devised, which will be based upon democratic principles.
