Analýza spokojenosti zákazníků a návrhy opatření na zvýšení její úrovně / Analysis of Customer Satisfaction and Suggested Measures for Its Improvement

The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyze customer`s satisfaction of football club 1.FC Slovácko. The theoretical part is focused on the way of the customer satisfaction analysis, marketing research and connected notions. The partical part is processed and analyzed the results obtained from the questionnaire, proposals to raise the level of customer satisfaction and quality of services provided.
