Analýza spokojenosti zákazníků hokejového klubu a návrhy na zvýšení její úrovně / Customer Satisfication Analysis of Hockey Club and Proposals for Its Improvement

The diploma thesis examines HC Kometa Brno customer's contentment. The aim of the thesis is to suggest a solution by means of realization of my personal research and marketing research. The practical part deals with the analysis of the HC Kometa Brno club's environment and surroundings. The data were obtained through a questionnnaire marketing research. The conclusion of the thesis consists of suggestions for the improvement of the customer's contentment standard.
