This master's thesis deals with an analysis of customer satisfaction at the Winery LAHOFER, a.s. The theoretical part is focused on the customer, methods of measuring customer satisfaction and the basic procedures and methods of analysis of the marketing environment of the company. In the practical part is first described and analyzed in the firm.
