This thesis is focused on the analysis of customer satisfaction and prposals for measures to increase the level of society company COLOR SPECTRUM, which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of industrial paints. Theoretical foundations describe marketing research. The analytical part is the analysis and results of marketing research, conducted by questionnaire. Based on the data obtained are recommended proposals for measures to increase customer satisfaction COLOR SPECTRUM.
