Title:Customer's Satisfaction with Camp Brodský Objective: The aim of my work is to determine customer satisfaction camp Brodsky with his background, providing a range of services through marketing research. Methods: Research is conducted through a questionnaire survey and interviews during the two summer months (July, August). Results: The results will serve is to evaluate customer satisfaction and made the following recommendations for improving service quality.
