The content of the thesis is proposal of business plan for small business. The theoretical part deals with the general structure, that should have every business plan. In the practical part, author created a specific business plan for company Bistro Keramzit, which will provide fast food in the city Polná. It includes analysis of environment and competition and financial plan. The task of this document is to find out, if this company has a chance for successful and long-term operation on the market.
