leotti_o_dr_assis.pdf: 1487545 bytes, checksum: b4b05912e3af6ff751183e749ceea006 (MD5) / Objetivando contribuir com a produção de uma análise sobre o passado, temos como proposta de trabalho estudar as políticas administrativas que emergiram, visando alçar Mato Grosso ao nível dos estados considerados mais modernos do sul do país, e por outro lado, o surgimento da necessidade de produção de um relato fundador, com o intuito da reorganização do passado de Mato Grosso. Aborda-se nesta tese, na primeira parte, entre 1895 e 1919, o processo de implantação de uma economia moderna paradoxalmente em convívio com a violência política, na disputa do mando político do Estado. E na segunda parte discute-se o período, entre 1919, ano de fundação do Instituto Histórico e Geográfico de Mato Grosso (IHGMT) e 1934, data em que foi publicado um dossiê em homenagem ao centenário da Rebelião Cuiabana (Rusga). E ainda se reflete sobre como a fundação do IHGMT vai possibilitar a invenção da origem de Mato Grosso (1719-1919) e instituir a história dos seus heróis. Além disso, há um segundo momento de como a Rebelião Cuiabana de 1834 é retomada em seu centenário e revalidada a partir de valores posteriores ao seu tempo. Esses acontecimentos são requalificados se utilizando de formas de abordagens estranhas ao tempo do acontecido. Com isso o objetivo é entender como operam essas ações de requalificação ou mesmo supressão de valores do passado na redistribuição no contínuo da história, com fins de legitimação de uma política no presente e projeção para um futuro / With the objective of contributing to the production of analysis about the past, the purpose of this paper is to study administrative policies that emerged aiming to raise the state of Mato Grosso to the level of those states considered more modern in the south of the country and moreover the emergence of the necessity of producing an established report with intention of reorganizing Mato Grosso’s past. This dissertation addresses, in the first part, between 1995 and 1919, the process of implantation of a modern economy paradoxically in dealing with the political violence, in the dispute of the political mandate of the state. In the second part it addresses the period between 1919, year of establishment of the Historical and Geographical Institute of Mato Grosso (IHGMT) and 1934, date in which was published a dossier in the honor of the 100th anniversary of the Cuiabana Rebellion (Rusga), that addresses how the establishment of the IHGMT, will allow the invention of the origin of Mato Grosso (1719-1919) and form the history of its heroes and secondly how the Cuiabana Rebellion of 1834, is recovered in its 100th anniversary and revalidated from values previous to its time. These events are requalified of using forms of approach that are strange to the time of the occurrence. With that the objective is to understand how these actions operate with the objective of requalification or even suppression of values from the past with the intention of its redistribution of continuous history, with the focus on legitimization of a policy in the present and a projection for a future
