I denna studie undersöks frågan hur en app med syfte att ge stöd i vardagen för unga vuxna med ADHD kan utformas. Studien belyser teorier om diagnosen ADHD samt designprinciper från Bergström (2017). Våra valda metoder följer Arvolas (2014) rekommendationer kring UX-design samt Tullis och Alberts (2013) rekommendationer kring datainsamling och värdering. Studien omfattar en förstudie, utveckling av pappers- och datorsprototyp, användartester, intervjuer och en SUS-enkät som låg till grund för resultatets slutgiltiga datorprototyp. Resultatet visade på att en app med detta syfte borde vara tydlig, anpassningsbar och inte ha för mycket intryck. Vidare visade det sig att designen borde kännas något inbjudande såsom mjuka former och färger samt kunna vara anpassningsbar. / This study examines the question of how an app with the aim of providing support for young adults with ADHD in everyday life can be designed. The study sheds light on theories about the diagnosis ADHD and design principles from Bergström (2017). Our chosen methods follow Arvola's (2014) recommendations regarding UX design and Tullis and Albert's (2013) recommendations regarding data collection and usability metrics. The study includes a feasibility study, development of a paper and computer prototype, user tests, interviews and a System Usability Scale survey that formed the basis for the results' final computer prototype. The results showed that an app with this purpose should be clear, customizable and not have too many impressions.
