Previous issue date: 2011-07-04 / This research part of the educational context of the Federal Rio Grande do Norte, through the resumption of legal frameworks that characterize it as an institution belonging to the Federal Network of Professional Education and Technology Brazilian, with a focus on continued education policies for the servers who work there specifically teachers, especially those who have their work in the Teaching of Natural Science and Mathematics. To do this the cut in an agreement between the IFRN and UFRN PPGECNM through the professional master's degree Teaching of Natural Sciences and Mathematics. This agreement as we have research collaborators 08 master teachers who graduated in the period 2004 to 2010, so we undertook a qualitative and quantitative research aimed to conduct the study in general terms of description and analysis of the impacts caused by the formation of masters IFRN in PPGECNM UFRN, taking into account the production of the same academic (dissertation), his performance in the context of the institution and the historical, social, economic and political aspects involved, and also meet the guidelines of the project at the Observatory in 2008 - MEC / CAPES / BSD-P. We used the theoretical options methodological elements of Comprehensive Interview and multireferentiality, our data collection instrument was the main interview, we also performed the analysis of dissertations by lecturers and teachers featured, from the specific descriptors used in catalogs USP / IFUSP (1992, 1996) and UNICAMP / FE / CEDOC (1998) and by other researchers. In analyzing and understanding the speech of the interviewees were able to identify the implications of teacher education in the school context, the motivation to seek the Master; how was the construction of the object of study of the educational product and its use in teaching practice and intervention, the question of the role of master teachers in the school environment to the post master taking into account changes in professional performance and influence in the working groups, how does the use of research and investigation in the classroom after training and between training and educational quality in the context of IFRN. In reading and analysis of the dissertations were able to identify the main focus and under-explored thematic focus as well as the theoretical methodological references. At the end of the research developed a product that could be used for technical analysis studies and assessment in quantitative terms the results achieved by the master teachers IFRN through his training in PPGECNM UFRN / Esta pesquisa parte do contexto educacional do Instituto Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, atrav?s da retomada dos marcos legais que o caracterizam como institui??o pertencente ? Rede Federal de Educa??o Profissional e Tecnol?gica Brasileira, com enfoque nas pol?ticas de forma??o continuada para os servidores que ali atuam especificamente docentes, em especial aqueles que tem sua atua??o na ?rea de Ensino de Ci?ncia Naturais e Matem?tica. Para isso fazemos o recorte do conv?nio firmado entre o IFRN e a UFRN atrav?s do PPGECNM no mestrado profissional Ensino de Ci?ncias Naturais e Matem?tica. Desse conv?nio temos como colaboradores da pesquisa 08 docentes mestres que se formaram entre o per?odo de 2004 a 2010, de forma que empreendemos uma pesquisa quali-quantitativa que objetivou em termos gerais realizar estudo de descri??o e an?lise dos impactos causados pela forma??o de mestres do IFRN no PPGECNM/UFRN, levando em considera??o a produ??o acad?mica dos mesmos (disserta??o), sua atua??o no contexto da institui??o e os aspectos hist?ricos, sociais, econ?micos e pol?ticos envolvidos, atendendo tamb?m as orienta??es do projeto em rede do Observat?rio 2008 MEC/CAPES/DEB-P. Para isso utilizamos nas op??es te?rico metodol?gicas alguns elementos da Entrevista Compreensiva e da Multirreferencialidade, nosso instrumento de coleta de dado principal foi a entrevista, fizemos tamb?m a an?lise das disserta??es produzidas pelos docentes mestres e as caracterizamos, a partir de descritores espec?ficos utilizados nos cat?logos da USP/IFUSP (1992; 1996) e da UNICAMP/FE/CEDOC (1998) e por outros pesquisadores. Na an?lise e compreens?o das falas dos entrevistados foi poss?vel identificar as implica??es da forma??o docente no contexto escolar; a motiva??o para a busca do mestrado; como se deu a constru??o do objeto de estudo do produto educativo e sua utiliza??o e interven??o na pr?tica docente; a quest?o do papel dos docentes mestres no ambiente escolar a p?s o mestrado levando em considera??o as mudan?as na atua??o profissional e a influ?ncia nos grupos de trabalho; como se d? a utiliza??o da pesquisa e investiga??o em sala de aula ap?s a forma??o e a rela??o forma??o e qualidade educacional no contexto do IFRN. Na leitura e an?lise das disserta??es produzidas foi poss?vel identificar os principais focos e sub-focos tem?ticos explorados assim como os referencias te?ricos metodol?gicos. Ao final da pesquisa elaboramos um produto t?cnico que poder? servir para estudos de an?lise e avalia??o em termos quantitativos dos resultados alcan?ados pelos professores mestres do IFRN atrav?s de sua forma??o no PPGECNM/UFRN
