Previous issue date: 2011-08-31 / This study investigated the stage as one of the elements of the articulators high
school integrated technical vocational training within the framework of the Federal
Institute of Education Science and technology of Maranhão São Luís, IFMA
Campus Monte Castelo. The school was integrated from the practice of the stage
and their contribution to the training of students from the stage at IFMA electronics
technician Course. It was considered the internship as an Education Act which allows
the drive theory and practice. In this context, it aimed to understand how this can be
an educational Act articulator element integrated training and at the same time
contribute to the training and integration of students into the world of work. Cropping
history held objective contextualize the educational policies in Brazil, with emphasis
on the proposal for integration of high school with vocational education. In this
respect, discussions focused on the globalisation of capital, productive restructuring
and the influence of neo-liberal ideology, as well as its impacts on reforms of the
State and professional education in Brazil. The theoretical-methodological route
undertaken understood bibliographical analysis, documentary and empirical research
with data collection and use of the questionnaire as a research tool. It was examined
whether the object of study from the dialectical method and for their preparation was
with the theoretical contribution of important authors like Marx and Engels, Gramsci,
Mészaros, Manacorda, Antunes, Pistrak, Kuenzer, Ramos, Frigotto, Cash, Martins,
Oliveira and Kings and other authors who contributed to the conduct of the study.
Through this research concluded that the stage is an important axis articulator in
integrated training, enabling students to objective conditions to understand the theory
and practice. It was noted that, for its proper functioning, it is necessary for the
monitoring of IFMA and technical supervisors to comply with the law of Stages and
other regulations that govern it. It was found that the stage represents a step of
technical-professional education, while have the possibility to prepare for the world of
work. However, for this to occur, the challenges encountered have mentioned the
need for more systematic monitoring of IFMA students in the fields of stage.
Emphasized that the student sees vocational training in this step the possibility of
continuation of their studies, albeit in different area in which it is inserted. / Neste estudo investigou-se o estágio como um dos elementos articuladores do
ensino médio técnico integrado à formação profissional no âmbito do Instituto
Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia do Maranhão IFMA, Campus São Luís
Monte Castelo. Analisou-se o ensino médio integrado a partir da prática do estágio
e a sua contribuição para a formação dos alunos a partir do estágio no Curso
Técnico em Eletrônica do IFMA. Considerou-se o estágio como um ato educativo
que possibilita a unidade teoria e prática. Nesse contexto, visou-se compreender de
que forma esse ato educativo pode ser um elemento articulador da formação
integrada e ao mesmo tempo contribuir para a formação e inserção dos estudantes
no mundo do trabalho. O recorte histórico realizado teve por objetivo contextualizar
as políticas educacionais no Brasil, com ênfase na proposta de integração do ensino
médio com a educação profissional. Nessa perspectiva, discutiu-se a mundialização
do capital, a reestruturação produtiva e a influência da ideologia neoliberal, bem
como os seus impactos nas reformas do Estado e da Educação Profissional
brasileiras. O percurso teórico-metodológico empreendido compreendeu análise
bibliográfica, documental e pesquisa empírica com coleta de dados e utilização do
questionário como instrumento de pesquisa. Analisou-se o objeto de estudo a partir
do método dialético e para sua elaboração contou-se com o aporte teórico de
importantes autores, como Marx e Engels, Gramsci, Mészaros, Manacorda, Antunes,
Pistrak, Kuenzer, Ramos, Frigotto, Saviani, Martins, Oliveira e Reis e outros autores
que contribuíram para a realização do estudo. Através desta pesquisa concluiu-se
que o estágio é um importante eixo articulador na formação integrada, possibilitando
aos estudantes condições objetivas para compreender a unidade teoria e prática.
Observou-se que, para seu adequado funcionamento, é necessário o
acompanhamento do IFMA e dos supervisores técnicos para o cumprimento da Lei
dos Estágios e das demais regulamentações que a disciplinam. Constatou-se que o
estágio representa uma etapa da formação técnico-profissional, ao mesmo tempo
em que tem a possibilidade de preparar para o mundo do trabalho. Todavia, para
que isto ocorra, os desafios constatados referiram a necessidade de um
acompanhamento mais sistemático do IFMA aos alunos nos campos de estágio.
Destacou-se que o aluno vê nessa etapa de formação profissional a possibilidade de
continuação dos seus estudos, ainda que em área diferente daquela em que está
inserido.
