In this mini-dissertation the researcher tried to find a solution for an effective process in the discovery of service and placement of volunteers in the local congregation. The mini-dissertation explains how the placement of volunteers by way of a database can be managed more effectively. A literature study has been done and the researcher has explored the topic to show what the role of a database is in the process of volunteers’ discovery of service in a local congregation. / Dr. L.P.
