Marketingový výzkum spokojenosti zákazníků / Marketing Research of Customer Satisfaction

This master´s thesis is focused on the marketing research of customer satisfaction. It provides the theoretical knowledge concerning the field of marketing research, including its practical application in the company and presents the results of the analysis of obtained data. At the same time it proposes improvement suggestions of existing situation.
