In the theoretical part of my diploma work I determined the terms motivation, stimulation, reward of workers and work satisfaction. I occupied by theory of motivation too. Each of these terms is an important element of motivation. In the practical part of my diploma work I explore motivational factors and work satisfaction in Czech Post by the questionnaires.
