El propósito del presente estudio fue analizar el impacto de la calidad del Intercambio LíderMiembro (ILM) sobre los niveles de Enraizamiento Laboral (EL) en el contexto organizacional
limeño, con el fin de aportar con posibles soluciones ante la problemática vigente asociada a la
elevada tasa de rotación voluntaria en las empresas. La muestra final estuvo conformada por
121 trabajadores de diferentes áreas y compañías. Para medir los constructos, se utilizaron la
Escala de Enraizamiento Laboral (Holtom, Mitchell, Lee & Tidd, 2006) y la Escala de
Intercambio Líder-Miembro (Graen & Uhl-Bien, 1995). Los resultados muestran que la calidad
del Intercambio Líder-Miembro tiene un impacto significativo sobre el Enraizamiento Laboral
(β=0.048; R
2=.153) y sus dimensiones organizacional (β=0.061; R
2=.182) y comunitaria
(β=0.036; R
2=.081). / The purpose of this research was to analyze the impact of the quality of the Leader-Member
Exchange (LMX) on the levels of Job Embeddedness (JE) in the organizational context in
Lima, with the aim of providing possible solutions to the current problems associated to the
high rate of voluntary turnover in companies. The final sample consisted of 121 workers from
different areas and companies. In order to measure the constructs, the Job Embeddedness Scale
(Holtom, Mitchell, Lee & Tidd, 2006) and the Leader-Member Exchange Scale (Graen & UhlBien, 1995) were used. The results show that the quality of Leader-Member Exchange has a
