Návrh změny organizační kultury společnosti COOP v Albrechticích nad Orlicí / Proposal for Organizational Culture Change at COOP in Albrechtice nad Orlici

This thesis is focused on improving the organizational culture in the COOP Albrechtice Orlici. The current organizational culture is established on basis of own observation and consultation with the Head shop. Proposals to change the organizational structures emerge from the survey when they were surveyed customers' views and attitudes to the selected store. Based on this survey will be designed to improve to meet the requirements of all customers.
