Previous issue date: 2014-03-26 / This is a study about literary journalism. Its object is formed by stories produced by writer-journalist Jo?o Ant?nio. Through historical and theoretical literature on studies in the fields of journalism and literature, came to the three main categories of analysis, namely: journalistic event, (literary) journalistic narrative and journalism as knowledge. This study intented to identify and examine the presence of these concepts in journalistic work of Jo?o Ant?nio, more specifically on a sample of five of his stories, representing his work in this area, published in newspaper or magazine. The analysis under the three categories conducts a journey that begins with the reflection on the construction of the script ideas and the reasons why the events are chosen and portrayed by the reporter; passes through the narrative mode used by him to perform this framework - to tell the stories; and ends by addressing a possible way of interpreting the reports, the idea of journalism as a form of knowledge. / Este ? um estudo sobre jornalismo liter?rio. Seu objeto ? formado por reportagens produzidas pelo escritor-jornalista Jo?o Ant?nio. Por meio de pesquisa bibliogr?fica hist?rico-te?rica sobre estudos consagrados nas ?reas de jornalismo e literatura, chegou-se ? tr?s categorias principais de an?lise, quais sejam: acontecimento jornal?stico, narrativa jornal?stica(-lit?r?ria) e jornalismo como conhecimento. Este trabalho buscou identificar e examinar a presen?a desses conceitos na obra jornal?stica de Jo?o Ant?nio, mais especificamente numa amostra de cinco grandes reportagens suas, representativas de seu trabalho nessa ?rea, publicadas em jornal ou revista. A an?lise sob as tr?s categorias realiza uma jornada, que parte da reflex?o sobre a constru??o das ideias de pauta e as raz?es pelas quais os acontecimentos s?o escolhidos e retratados pelo rep?rter; passa pelo modo e pela narrativa usados por ele para executar esse enquadramento para contar as hist?rias; e termina por abordar uma maneira poss?vel de interpreta??o dos relatos, a ideia de jornalismo como forma de conhecimento.
